Camilo is a Master’s Candidate in Counselling Psychology at City University. He offers counselling for men and women who are carrying stress, anger, pressure, or confusion about where life is going.

His work helps people slow down, understand what is happening inside them, and take clear, practical steps forward toward a life that feels more solid and meaningful.

Camilo offers a calm and honest space where people can talk openly and begin making sense of what they’re going through. Because of his business background, he understands the pressure many people feel to appear capable, composed, and in control, even when things inside feel uncertain or overwhelming.

Before training as a counsellor, Camilo spent 15 years working in the corporate world, where he saw firsthand the pressures many people carry in their professional lives. He later worked as an Anger Management coach and spent more than ten years coaching leaders, facilitating workshops, and supporting people through difficult challenges. He has also worked with individuals, community groups, and organizations, including companies such as Microsoft and Pepsi, teaching skills for emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy communication.

He brings together psychology, mindfulness, and practical life experience, including several years studying Buddhist psychology and meditation in India. His style is compassionate, calm, practical, and thoughtful. He listens carefully and asks questions that help you notice what may be happening beneath your thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
