The goal of individual counselling is to address the issues or concerns that are holding one back from becoming their stronger self. Individual counselling helps by providing insight, education, support, and skill building that fosters better management, courage, and intrinsic strength.
We meet individuals in a variety of relationship types – monogamous, coupled, throupled, open/closed, poly, etc. The goal in relationship counselling is to address the related concerns blocking trust, respect, effective communication, in order to strengthen connection, intimacy, and purpose.
.
The family system is seen as the first society that the individual is born into, and sometimes this family system has issues that undermine the functioning of the family unit. We help provide better functioning by providing education, insight, communication skills, and support.
